During the Spring houses sell faster and for a higher price. Houses sold in the first 2 weeks of May close higher than at any other time throughout the year!

As the change in weather and temperature occurs, so does a change in attitude! During the Spring season people's spirits are lifted, resulting in more life changing decisions being made at this time of year. Buyers also want to enjoy the warmest months in their new home during the Summer prompting buyers to be more eager for a quick purchase in the Spring.

Putting your home on the market in the Spring increases your chances of selling before the end of the school year! This means the moving process will be a lot less distributive for any children involved as they'll have the Summer to settle into their new home before possibly joining a new school.
